Cade's one month mark was on Sunday. He is getting so big, well not size wise but with the things he can do! He is really good at holding is head up and looking around. I got him a Bumbo seat this week to help him practice sitting up and holding his head. So far I think he likes it!
He also likes laying on his playmat and looking at the dangling toys above. I'm not sure if he can actually see the toys but he likes to lay there and move his legs and arms around.
And he also likes to sit in his chair and look at books, he really likes the striped pages-especially the black and white ones. He is still fitting into newborn size clothes, so I am not sure how much weight he has gained-but I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the 7 pound range. We go back to the doctor next month so we'll find out then. He is eating 4oz bottles every 3-4 hours, and can go 5 hours at night before needing to eat again. He also started sleeping in his pack and play all by himself over the weekend (up until that point he was sleeping next to me in our bed) I am very happy to have him sleeping on his own. Nap times are still a hit and miss. Somedays he'll nap after each time that he eats for an hour or so, and other days he'll sleep a total of 2 or 3 hours all day. I'm hoping to get him on a more definite schedule soon.
