Sometimes I miss my old job...

Before getting married and moving to Logan I worked as a nanny for just under two years. The family was great, they have 7 boys. That's right, I said seven; Brian, Blake, Adam, Clark, Joel, Spencer, and David. Each day was different and fun. I learned so many things while working there that prepared me for marriage and eventually my own kids. I spent most of my time with with younger boys since they weren't in school and formed a special bond with them. I have so many memories from them that I will always cherish. I feel like I have 7 younger brothers. I miss seeing them everyday and feeling so loved by everyone.
This is Spencer, when I first started he would cry everytime I walked into the room, but I soon won him over and before long he was calling me "E" but soon he got my name down.
Brian, the oldest. He is one of the most amazing young men I have ever met. He is so mature and smart. He was so fun to be around and very helpful. I wish I could be there to see him going on his first date.
Adam and Clark, the elementary aged boys. They were so fun. Adam is so smart and stubborn-we had some disagreements but I still love him. Clark is adventerous and very thoughtful.

Joel. Oh Joel, from potty training to preschool his was one fiesty little guy. He is in kindergarten now and plays soccer. I can't believe how big he is now.

David, the baby. I learned a lot about newborns from him. I can't believe how fast they grow and how cute they are. I loved him the second I saw him. He is the most cuddle bug baby I have ever known.

The whole Felt clan when David was blessed.

At my wedding

Me and Joyce. She taught me so much about balancing a family, career, and a marriage.
Eric and Joyce came to the session when I took out my endowments. They were so supportive.

Conference and the dentist

This weekend we went home to see our family and watch conference. It was a fun weekend. Brian however had a tooth ache for most of Friday and Saturday. It got so bad that he was completely miserable Saturday afternoon. I decided to give the family that I nannied for a call, the Dad is a dentist and hopefully he would be able to help us out. We went over to their house and he took us to his office. After taking an x-ray he found that a root canal that had been done a few years back had failed and that there was an infection on the tip of the root. Eric said that our best move would be to pull it out-so he did. Brian was so brave, and took it like a champ. Overall it was a good weekend, even if Brian lost a tooth.

You can see the spot where his tooth should be...the top right back moler.
It was a really small moler, but had a really big and thick root with bone one it, Eric did such a good job and got the tooth out in one piece.
